This font is called Daryl Short. I made it on October 29th and 30th, 2000.

I wrote out all the characters on a sheet of paper and scanned them in. I imported the scans into Illustrator and traced the characters using the pen tool. Then I exported each character as an individual bitmap. Using the trial version of Font Creator Program, I mapped each bitmap to the appropriate character. This font contains the 26 basic letters of the alphabet in upper- and lower-case letters. It also includes some common diacritics, including "e" and "a" with accute and grave accents and a circumflex "i." I also created the numbers and all the basic punctuation marks and mathematical symbols. I did something screwy that made the font show up very small, even though my bitmaps had each letter roughly 2 inches tall. So you'll have to use a 20+ point font for this to show up very well. But hey, beggars can't be choosers.
